Patients scheduled for elective lung resection surgery

Interventions

In the nicorandil group, patients receive a continuous infusion of nicorandil. In the nitrogrlycerin group, patients receive a continuous infusion of nitrogrlycerin.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective lung resection surgery, with at least two pre-operative risk factors for ischemic heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on hemodialysis
