Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 the patients after gastrectomy for histologically confirmed gastric cancer without recurrence and except for stage IV 2 over 20 years old 3 performance status 0-2(ECOG scale) 4 informed consent 5 disorder of pancreas exocrine function for PFD test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 active double cancer 2 severe or uncontrollable complication 3 decompensated chronic pancreatitis 4 after pancrectomy 5 cystic fibrosis 6 gout 7 allergy to pancrelipase 8 allergy to proteins of pig 9 pregnancy 10 the patients judged as unsuitable for the study
