Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)HbA1c value is between 6.5% and 8.4%. 2)Type 2 diabetic outpatients medicated with insulin therapy for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Type 1 diabetic patients. 2)Patients with severe renal failure. 3)Patients medicated with DPP-4 inhibitor or GLP-1 receptor agonist before start of this study. 4)Patients who are pregnant or in lactation period. 5)Juged as ineligible by clinical investigators.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the change of daily glucose fluctuation (MAGE, SD) and oxidative stress (8-iso PGF2)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the change of HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose level, 1,5-AG, hs-CRP, incidence of hypoglycemia and feeling of distress.
