Healthy adult

Interventions

Intervention group: Subjects are treated by microwave diathermy (2450Hz, 100W) for 15 minutes. Placebo group: Subjects are treated by unpluged microwave diathermy apparatus for 15 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy university student

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are previous ankle fractures within the last 12 months or restriction of passive ankle dorsiflexion (< 0 degrees).
