Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dyslipidemic patients receiving a statin and omega-3 fatty acids, but not reached the target level according to the guideline JAS2012

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)TG=>400mg/dl 2)use of insuline 3)pregnant or breast-feeding woman 4)having allergy to the sudy agents 5)Severe liver disease 6)Sever renal insuficiency 7)Myocardial infarction and cerebellar infarction within 6 months 8)Seconday diyslipiemia or drug induced dyslipidemia or familial hyperlipidemia 9)Patients who are determined by the investigators to be unsuitable
