From 7th/May/2012 to 31st/3/2015 We will perform the gracilis muscle transfer and nerve anastomosis for the patient after anal cancer operation

Inclusion criteria: Patients who supporsed to lose anal phincter function after lumpectomy for anal cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who announce their refusal to join
