Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Endometrial cancer who do not wish to preserve the tolerability Patients who would like to receive this type of operation Advanced clinical stage IA That there is no disease progression to cervical Tissue type is endometrioid adenocarcinoma G1-2

Measure	Time frame
We will identify the sentinel lymph node during surgery. And we enforce the standard surgery, including systematic lymph node dissection as usual. We consider the site and the number of sentinel lymph node. We ask the sensitivity and specificity of sentinel lymph node examined the histopathological findings.	—
