Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in whom their blood pressures are not controlled within target blood pressure levels under a normal dose of angiotensin II blocker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ischemic heart disease (2) ischemic celebrovascular disease (3) serum creatinine >1.5 mg/dl and more(4) HbA1c <8.0 mg/dl and more (5) not tolerated to a new drug (6) patients already given high dose therapy of angiotensin II blocker
