Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of breast cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of drug allergy, diabetes control was unfavorable, dexamethasone was contraindicated, patients received opioids before surgery, patients underwent autologous breast reconstruction.
