Inclusion criteria: ability to give informed consent from,at least 3 months of regular HD

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for electrical stimulation(e.g.,a pacemaker,sever sensory deficits),bone and joint desease, neurological disorders with motor paralysis,dementia
