Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of pancreato-biliary disease who need pancratoduodenectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: invasive ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas tumor infiltration into the stomach metastasis into lymph nodes of the peripylorus
