Inclusion criteria: Unresectable malignant hilar biliary obstruction Bismuth II or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Highly advanced biliary obstruction extending into bilateral 3rd intrahepatic biliary system and/or intrapancreatic bile duct
