Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective lung surgery in lateral position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom TEE insertion is contraindicated (ex: patients who have esophageal varices or esophageal diverticulum) Patients who have history of cardiac surgery
