Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bariatric surgery record and present weight regain; self-reported Greek fluency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to participate in the intervention program because of any reasons; pregnancy and lactation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Anthropometric measurements were taken before and after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The participants completed the following questionnaires: Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26), Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scales (DASS-21) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14) before and after the intervention.
