Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 20 years old PS 0 or 1 Platelet count 50000<, PT 50%< up to 3 nodules, less than 3cm No previous treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma or recurrence nodule which no treatment was performed within 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with extrahepatic metastasis Patents with invation of vein or bile duct Abundant uncontrollable ascites Child-Pugh grade C Pregnant woman Contra indication to perform CT or MRI with contrast medium
