Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Proliferating infantile hemangiomas 2.Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who has a severe complication without infantile hemangiomas 2.Patient with the past of serious side effect by the propranolol drug 3.Patient with cardiac disease, asthma or carbohydrate metabolism 4.Patient who was considered ineligible by the investigators
