Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who can undergo distal gastricetomy with Roux-Y reconstruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unresctal leasion such as peritonial dissemination and multiple metastases, and para-aortic lymph node metastases.
