Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild essential hypertension with type II diabetes mellitus or obesity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type I diabetes mellitus 2. HbA1c>9.0% 3. CKD group IV or higher 4. hyperkalemia 5. unstable angina pectoris 6. occurrence of acute myocardial infarction or stroke within 24 weeks 7. severe liver dysfunction 8. pregnancy or lactating women
