Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic lower respiratory tract infections 2.Patients who are planned to undergo bronchoscopic analysis for an evaluation of causative pathogens

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are going to be excluded due to the safety issues.
