Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients 20 years of age and older 2.Patients with pneumonia categorized as group B or C according to the JRS Guidelines for the Management of Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia in Adults.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving other treatments with clinical efficacy 2.Contraindication for levofloxacin 3.Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physicians for various reasons.
