Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The cases with hiatus hernia (Makuuchi Classification A or B) among the cases of indication of ESD for early gastric neoplasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Patients with perforamance status of 4 2, Patients with prior gastrectomy 3, Patients with severe comorbidity. 4, Those patients who are not able to understand written information. 5, Unsuitable patients for the entry judged by investigator.
