Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suffer from acute pancreatitis with acute DIC score more than 4 points 2. The agreed patients with their own decisions under the sufficient explanation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have intracranial bleeding, pulmonary hemorrhage, hemorrhage of digestive tract 2. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to rTM 3. Pregnant or supposed to be pregnant patients
