Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >20 years old BMI<25 Blood pressure: 80-120mmHg within the range of +-20% Pulse: 60-100 per minute within the range of +-20% Body temperature :<38 Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) :from -1 to 0 Japan Coma Scale(JCS) (Appendix 5): <=2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with a history of DVT Patient with lost, wounded, or paralyzed right lower leg Patient with estrogen treatment Patient with heparin/warfarin treatment Patient with coagulation defect (Antithrombin Deficiency, Protein C Deficiency, Protein S Deficiency, and Anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome)
