Inclusion criteria: No evident lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis Solitary lesion Histologically diagnosed as esophageal cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant woman Past histry of iodine allergy, asthma Mutiple lesions Previously treated with endoscopy
