Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1-2 female adult patients who were scheduled to undergo laparoscopic bilateral or unilateral resection of ovary tumor under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA physical status 3-6. Patients were excluded if there was a history of local anesthetic drag allergy, if they had coagulation disorder and a history of undergoing the abdominal surgery. The patients whose body mass index (BMI) is 18 or less than 18 and 34 or more than 34 and who weighed less than 35 kilogram and 100 kilogram or more than 100 kilogram were excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The analgesic segments by pinprick testing and blockade of cryesthesic segments by the cold testing were confirmed at 20 minutes after injection the local anesthetics.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Presense of local anesthetic toxity, nerve injury, hematoma, or not.
