Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The patients who have a superficia esophageal SCC treated by endoscopic resection or esophagectomy (2)The patients who agreed with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)The patients who have an iodine hypersensitivity (2)The patients who had been treated by chemotherapy or radiotherapy for esophageal SCC (3)The patients who have a severe underlying disease
