Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease patients with serum ferritin >250 ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant disease, hematological disease, severe infection, bleeding

MeasureTime frame
A decrease in serum level of ferritin

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anemia/iron: ESA responsiveness, serum iron, TIBC, Tsat, hepcidin, frataxin, sTfR, etc. Oxidative stress/inflammation: 8OHdG, AOPP, MDA, GSH, PNT, high-sensitivity CRP,TNF, IL-6, etc. MBD: iPTH, wPTH, BAP, TRAP5b, vitaminD,TropT, PTX, FGF23, etc
