Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)It does not matter the age and sex 2)The patient who underwent surgical resection in radical in our department for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer 3)It does not matter before treatment history. 4)The patient who agree with writing the consent for the provision of organization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)It was not cancer in the histopathological diagnosis. 2)Surgical specimens are small amounts. 3)Tumor with extensive necrosis which was not found cancer cell 4)The patient who was determined to be inappropriate at the discretion of the physician
