Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People able to take vitamin C 2000 mg/day for four weeks at Otemachi Sakura Clinic in Toyosu.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of ability to consent, severe physical illness, people judged not suitable by doctor.
