Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A-1: HIV-infected individuals on antiretroviral therapy over 6 months A-2: HIV-infected individuals without antiretroviral therapy within 6 months B: non-HIV-infected individuals matched according to age and sex of Group A.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals wiht any active disease in brain except HIV-related neurocognitive disorder, or any MRI contraindications.
