Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers as normal control. Subjects who are at the risk of developing cataract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject who has ocular surface diseases such as corneal opacity, who may be allergic to dilating eye drops, who has a shallow anterior chamber which might cause glaucoma attack, or who is considered not to be appropriate as study participants.
