Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patietn with operation more than 8hour during anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with chronic renal failure, diuretic, uncontrol DM, Hb under 7g/dl, pregnancy, difficult communication
