Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type2 diabetes whose HbA1c is >6.4% under life style intervention and ordinal dosage of SU or metformin or alpha-glucosidase inhibitor treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetic ketosis severe infection before and after operation patients with severe trauma past history of allergy against alogliptin
