Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptomatic paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation and no valvular diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic atrial fibrillation, valvular heart diseases, severe renal dysfunction, history of allergy of this drug, bleeding tendency, high risk of bleeding, subdural catheter, and antithrombotic drugs.
