Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Japanese -A person 13-15 years of age -a person without skin disease or any other histories infecting condition of skin -Those who written informed consent is obtained from -Healthy person

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -A person who has any abnormality in the application site. -A person who are deemed to have high risk to ultra-sound imaging examination. -Those who are deemed inappropriate to participate in this study by doctor.
