Yokukansan group Yoku-kan-san was used 2.5g (TJ-54) once daily at bedtime, from admission to one week. Non-Yokukansan group

Inclusion criteria: The patients operated on for a femoral neck fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Decrease of the swallowing function Lack of mutual understanding Taking yoku-kan-san prior to hospitalization Dangerous behavior prior to hospitalization
