Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons who take garlic than before as the garlic farmer. Persons who take a lot of garlics since young (At least ten years or more ago).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who has received colonoscopy and Ba-enema study in the past. The persons (the appendectomy is excluded) who receives a colectomy. Persons who has symptoms (stomachache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc.
