Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who undergo endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 having difficulty to reach small bowel by endoscopy 2 The patient who have poor general condition 3 The patient with difficulty to get informed concent 4 The patient who the physician judged as inappropriate
