Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatient or ambulatory patient of Department of Neurology, Okayama University Hospital. And these patienets are diagnosised as motor neuron disease incluiding ALS, multiple sclerosis, stroke, parkinson disease, spinocerebellar ataxia, and multiple system atrophy

Exclusion criteria: None
