Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Squamous cell carcinoma 2.All standard treatments has been failured, and there shuould be at least one leasion to which dentritic cells can be diretly injected. 3.At least one measurable leasion. 4. Age: 20 and more, 74 and younger. 5.Performance Status (ECOG):0 or1 6.At least 4 weeks or more has been past since previous treatments. 7.Two or more months of survival can be expected. 8.Apparopriate organ functions are preserved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous immunotehrapy, previous radiation therapy 2.Fistula 3.Obvious infection 4.Alb 3.0mg/ml or less 5.Uncontrolable pleural effusion, ascites, pericardial effusion 6.Severe heart failure 7.Respiratory or other complications 8.Psychological disorders 9.Active double cancers 10.Steroid usage 11.Hepatitis B or C. HIV, HTLV-1 positive 12.Hypersensitivity for albumin 13.Pregnant woman 14.Autoimmune diseases 16.Patients who cannot undergo apheresis.
