Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed UPSC by surgery between January 2006 and December 2008, including serous carcinoma in endometrial polyp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients did not receive tumor resection by surgery. Patients with active synchronous cancer.
