A group will do muscle training with high speed B group will do muscle training with low speed C group will receive evaluation only.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed as RA by the classification criteria reported in 1988 or 2010

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria are as follows: extensive ADL limitations (class IV), moderate or severe cognitive disability, or severe lung or heart disease
