Inclusion criteria: Persons who took both 75g OGTT and clamp examination within 1 week FPG less than 130 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: type 1 diabetes (including slowly progressive type 1 diabetes) Other spesific type of diabetes NPH or long actng insulin user Pregnancy or breast feeding mother
