In patients who are injecting long-acting insulin once or twice daily switched to insulin degludec once daily injection.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)type 1 diabetes with Basal-Bolus therapy using insulin glargine or insulin detemir(more than 6 month) 2)HbA1c:=<9% 3)subjcets whose age are more than 20 years and under 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)type2 diabetes 2)patients with starvation state or unstable appetite. 3)patients with serious liver,renal dysfunction 4)judged as ineligible by clinical investigators
