Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) >=20 years old 2)chronic kidney disease at stage G1-5 that are treated with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) or angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) 3)hypertension(140/90 mmHg) irrespected of antihypertensive therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)acute kindey injury 2)severe heart failure 3)type I or type II diabetes mellitus with poor glucose control (serum glycosylated hemoglobin [HbA1c] level > 9%) 4)severe liver dysfunction 5)hyperkalemia (> 5.5 mEq/ml) 6)pregnant women 7)patinets who will not give informed concent 8)patinets who have allegry for azilsartan
