Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) >=20 years old 2)chronik kidney disease stage G1, G2, G3a,G3b,G4 3)hypertension(140/90 mmHg) irrespected of antihypertensive therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)chronik kidney disease udergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis 2)acute kindey injury 3)severe heart failure 4)type I or type II diabetes mellitus with poor glucose control (serum glycosylated hemoglobin [HbA1c] level > 9%) 5)severe liver dysfunction 6)hyperkalemia (> 5.5 mEq/ml) 7)pregnant women 8)patinets who will not give informed concent
