Inclusion criteria: Sub-optimal controlled T2DM treated with basal insulin and Sitagliption (-/+ oher OHA)(HbA1c 7%-10%))

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal or Liver dysfunction Pregnant or breast-feeding women Slowly progressive T1DM
