Inclusion criteria: 1, COPD based on diagnosis criteria 2, non-smoker 3, non-steroid user 4, no systemic inflammatory disease 5, non-LTOT user 6, agreement to participant the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Smoking, exacerbation, infection during the study period 2, Poor adherence
