Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients undergoing bronchoscopy 2. the patients with COPD/emphysema or idiopathic interstitial pneumonia in outclinics 3. the patients defined as control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients ineligible to undertake bronchoscopy 2. acute infections, heart failure, and pneumothorax, hemoptisis, others 3. the patients not agreeable for the study
