Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary aldosteronism treated with mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists for 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with uncontrolled blood pressure treated with mineralocorticoid receptor alone.
